Failure – Network Error Downloading .rar

Hello, for some time now, I've been trying to download a Winrar file for a game I found on STG GEGE (Dying Light 2) that is 32GB, but the problem is that once I start it on Google Download, after a few minutes, it says Failure – Network error. I've tried resuming the download, but I always get the same message. I looked for answers on forums, but I couldn't find anything.

Ps I don't have Avast so that's not the issue.
