Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to change my processor for a much more powerful one. I have an all-in-one PC, and I just want to know if it's feasible and if it is possible, which processor should I choose?
My configuration:
http://webshop.eurosys.be/fr/ordinateurs/all-in-one-pcs/hp-envy-recline-27-k313nb-k2a08eauug-p423050
Thank you very much for your help :)

Hello,
it's certainly possible, but what's the point?
The processor depends on the motherboard, and that will limit the processor you can install.
Each motherboard is designed for a specific series; on an all-in-one, I imagine it's similar to laptops.
Here
Processor model i5-4590T
Processor family Intel Core i5-4xxx
Which corresponds to a socket (the connector on the motherboard) LGA 1150
i5-4590T is currently quite a performant piece of hardware (not the latest, but above the entry level), and you will gain little in performance unless for very specific tasks that require a lot of processing calculations.
Not to mention it's designed and optimized for the rest of the hardware (RAM, graphics card), so you may need to change the rest if you want more performance.
For your processor research, first check if it's possible for you to change it (without touching or removing the processor cover, which is extremely sensitive), buy the processor of your choice that works on LGA 1150, and don't forget thermal paste (ESSENTIAL) by gently removing the old one if possible.

Hello
In theory yes, since it is a processor in an Intel 1150 socket, however only the energy-efficient series can be installed. This limits the choice.
In theory, the most powerful one that would fit is the i7 4790T.
But this model is rarely found for less than €350.....
Moreover, compatibility is far from guaranteed with the version of the BIOS installed on the motherboard.
The i5 4590T is already a fairly powerful processor, wanting to change it is risky.

Troll and kéké, move along.
