Hello,
I have a question regarding IBM Notes software:
how can I change the color of an email (in my inbox)? For example, how can I make an email that I have already opened appear in red?
P.S.: Do you have a forum-type website specifically for IBM that I could consult if I have other questions about IBM Notes? Thank you.
Have a great day!

Hello
IBM Notes is a bit of a nightmare for email service.
A product with outdated ergonomics (that's putting it mildly) and an impressive number of "no" possibilities, a more than compromised future; in my opinion, it will be abandoned within 2 years, especially with IBM's latest lamentable events.
I mention this because I partly manage a corporate Lotus 9 environment, but I only do it because I have no choice. If it were up to me, it would be out the door.
Regarding forums, it's a bit like everything else, they exist but are rare, poorly readable, and IBM's forum, while "comprehensive," is particularly tedious. If you have the choice, change your option.
As for the question of colors, don't look too hard, Lotus doesn't do that. It's possible to set colors based on, for example, the sender, but not much more advanced than that.
The same goes for email processing rules; Lotus's rules are basic and almost unconditional.
If you have no choice, you'll have to deal with the multiple limitations of an email product that is outdated in every way.
Best regards

So no possibility, really?
Looking forward to it!
I started this job with no preconceived notions since I didn't really know Notes, but after a year, my opinion is clear, and our users aren't very happy either.
The only thing standing in the way of our desire to change is the high cost of migration.
It's quite a shame, actually; the original idea of the product was enticing, but going back to the "dark ages" is somewhat the impression it gives.
