Hello,
I'm not very "strong" in computers.
I restored a computer and put in the installation CD to return the computer to factory settings.
However, I cannot reconnect to the internet.
I tried connecting an ethernet cable but it doesn't work.
In the taskbar, I no longer have the wifi symbol and I have a symbol of an "computer with a cross" indicating that there is no internet connection.
Do you have any information to help me?
Thank you in advance.

Hello,
You need to reinstall the drivers, what is the exact brand and model of your PC?

Re,
To find out:
Start Menu.
Control Panel.
System.
You will see the name of your Windows and whether it is 32 or 64 bits.

Re,
This is not what I asked you...
You must have a reference on your PC, otherwise look in the system as I told you earlier...

Hello,
If you have another PC, follow precisely what comes next.
On the PC with Internet, go to Google and then DriverCloud.
Download the Offline agent.
Put it on a USB stick and then on the PC without Internet.
Perform the offline detection and save the result on the USB stick.
Open the contents of the USB stick from DriverCloud (you can type it on Google if you don't want to search).
Download the network card drivers.
Put them on the USB stick.
Insert the USB stick into the PC without Internet, install, and then restart.
