Second screen not turning on issue

Hello,
I'm posting this topic because, after doing a lot of research, I still haven't found anything.
I just want to let you know that I'm not very tech-savvy, so if you give me the solution, could you explain it to me in a way that I can understand? ^^'
I connected a second monitor to my computer 6 months ago, I duplicated my desktop, but for the past month, the second monitor has not been turning on, the power is working, the VGA cable is fine (I specify that both monitors are connected via VGA)
I checked the device manager, the monitor is not being detected at all.
I think the VGA port is having an issue, but it's the one on the integrated graphics card on the motherboard. Is there a solution to this problem (like a complicated manipulation or something)?
Thank you in advance for your help and for taking the time to read this topic ^^
Best regards

Hello, I think you've answered your own question.
If the screen is not detectable, there are two possibilities:
- Either the VGA cable is not working (I believe you've already tried it with the other screen, right?)
- Or the graphics card is faulty.-

Good evening, you first need to make sure it's not coming from the graphics card.
I don't know which operating system you have, but if you have Windows 7, try going to this path: Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Display\Screen Resolution
You will find a button: Detect, press it to see if your system will detect the second screen.
Otherwise, try cross-testing, which means (trying your second screen on another computer) if it works, then it's coming from your computer (port or graphics card issue).
There may be a driver issue, I just searched a bit on CCM and found a post here: cover with some advice and tips. Good luck
