Hello,
I bought a Samsung television last Saturday (2 days ago) at Conforama.
Unpacking it, the installation went perfectly and very carefully with a lot of attention, and when I turned on the television, disaster struck: the left half of the screen is completely unreadable, black with multicolored lines..
Do you think the warranty will cover it? Because after reading the warranty on the packaging, they say that breakages are not covered and as a student, I can't afford to lose 350 euros..
