My screen is very dark. Solved

Question

Hello, my computer screen has become extremely dark and it's due to a computer problem. I would like to know if it can be fixed and if so, how to do it. Thank you in advance.

So, try to update the drivers: device manager, graphics card, right-click on it and "update driver"....

Is it dark right from the start or does it darken gradually?
Do the settings with Fn and the arrow keys or other keys do nothing?
Have you tried in safe mode?
Can you enter the BIOS with F2 or Del right after powering on to see if it's the same?

This machine doesn't have automatic brightness adjustment; some newer ones have that?
Check if you can update the graphics card drivers....

Try uninstalling the graphics card driver and restarting... it will reinstall it, that might be enough...

If it's still under warranty, have it serviced... otherwise, in my opinion, you need to go to a shop, we won't be able to do anything remotely, I'm afraid....
