Remove permanent search bar from desktop

Hello,
I recently installed Windows 10 and the latest version of Internet Explorer.
My problem is as follows: a search bar is constantly at the top of my homepage (my desktop), and it is also present when I open any browser or any application...
I tried right-clicking on it, but nothing appears, so my question is: how can I make it disappear? (see attached image)

    I finally found the solution: go to the Cortana search bar and type in Control Panel, once in the application click on the tab: Programs then Programs and Features, and look for: web bar (or something like that), select it and uninstall it.
