Hi everyone!!! I'm sorry, French is not my native language, sorry for the mistakes. I have a little question to see if I'm still the only one having issues with this crap Neosurf after a bank change, no card for two weeks but I need BTC. So the site Coinhous offers Neosurf, I check the Neosurf site, yes buy your coupon at the tobacco shop and immediate transaction, okay once on the Coinhous site, I get redirected to a Neosurf page, you don’t have an account, okay no problem, let's open an account! Then documents requested: ID card, proof of residence, I send all that! But I'm informed that my account is blocked for three hours! Ugh, my nerves are rising, no news, impossible to pay with these damn coupons. The next day, I try again, still nothing, after several attempts a page appears saying my documents are in black and white, not valid for them! I rescan everything a second time, wait 3 days, and today for news, I try again, they're asking for color documents, but I already sent them in color. I go on the site, no number to contact them, an online chat with 5 predefined answers, it feels like they're doing everything to ensure the coupons can't be cashed, it's driving me crazy! I would like to know if this has happened to anyone else and what recourse there is, thank you! Sorry again for my spelling.
