Good evening, I have a problem on another dating site that I know well, which is called JeContacte, where I registered in February 2010. So far, the JeContacte dating site is functioning, but now we are in May and I would like to know if there are any people in this forum who have the same problem as me when trying to log in to the JeContacte site. The problem is that on the JeContacte site, I have my username and password, and when I click on login, I cannot connect. Also, when I go to recover my login information using the "forgot password" option on the JeContacte site by entering my username or email address, and when I click on retrieve my information, an error message appears: > error: we could not find an account with the information provided.

Hello,
Your account has been deleted just like that. You need to create another one with a different email address.

Because I'm having the same problem as you and I can't connect even though I'm newly registered, and right from the first attempt to chat, it asks me to identify myself despite having done so. If your account works, let me know how you got it to work; otherwise, we will both wait for a response.

I have a problem. I've had an account for over 3 years on the site jecontacte. A week ago, I opened another account for my friend, and from time to time I would log out so she could log in too. However, for the past 3 days, neither my account nor hers can be accessed anymore. I had to create another account for her, but not for myself. So I would like to know how to recover my account and her first account... Thank you.

I see that many of us are in the same situation! I don't know if being many is reassuring or worrying? My profile is accessible offline, which shows me that it still exists, but I can't connect and a blank page appears no matter which computer I use and no matter which internet browser, except with Google Chrome where the following server error message appears:

"Server Error
The website encountered an error while retrieving https://www.jecontacte.com/ This may be due to maintenance work or incorrect configuration.
Here are some suggestions: Refresh this webpage later.
HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was trying to process the request."

So this is a real bug on the jecontacte site! Apparently, we cannot file a complaint, since the administrators never respond!! All we can do is hope that they notice it and fix it...

Ok, apparently it’s a big bug, but I don’t understand how so many people are able to log in, since if you click on profiles without being logged in, you can see that they are online. Is this outage related to the browser or to the computer?

  Marcus, I don't think this is related to a browser issue, nor to the computer. I tried to log in from five different computers and with several browsers: 3 personal and 2 professional ones, in different locations and with multiple browsers; all show a blank page, except Google Chrome which returns the type of server error encountered: HTTP 500 Error (Internal Server Error). I even tried to clone my old profile into a new registration on the site, which crashed after 3 minutes post-validation...
