Guess problem to order

Hello,
I would like to order on the official Guess site and I want to pay with PayPal, but at the end of my order I get an error. Why is there a problem on this site? Thank you for your answers

    Hello,

    I’m experiencing the exact same thing. I would like to order on the Guess site and pay with Paypal, but it doesn’t work—a page error appears and tells me that Guess’s certificate is not valid. I’ve sent an email to Guess’s customer service but haven’t received a response yet. Additionally, I tried paying with a blue card (credit/debit card) and that’s also impossible! Have you found a solution to the problem??? Thank you for your reply. Have a good day.

      Hello,

      I have never paid with PayPal but I also had a problem paying with my card

      You just need to click to the right of the card numbers on the Mastercard or CB logo (depending on the card) and only then will the payment be validated

      Too bad the site doesn’t indicate this instead of saying that the payment method is not valid

    Hello,

    I managed to place an order on guess.eu. My order went through without issue but was refused in a city in France and I haven’t heard anything since. It was sent back to the sender. I can’t contact them by email and the toll-free number they provide is not assigned. What should I do? If anyone has a phone number or anything else!!! Thanks in advance

    Hello everyone.
    I also ordered from Guess; you just need to add the site to the exception list. I went to several Guess stores in Paris and they told me there was no problem.
    I’m waiting for the order I placed this morning... I’ll keep you posted!
