My TV can't find the channels.

Hello, as you all know, all the TV parameters have changed.
History: on the morning of April 5, 6, and 7, I had channels on my HD television, but on the evening of the 7th, nothing... I did an automatic search, and even several of them, nothing... I’ve been told it’s my antenna, what should I do??? without it costing me an arm and a leg.
I thank you in advance for the attention you will give to my question because without TV, I’m dying!!!
