Loss of multiplex R1

Hello,
On April 5th, I reprogrammed my television and retrieved all the channels. Since April 6th, I no longer have multiplex r1 (France2, France3, France4, FranceO)
Is there a problem with these channels? I haven't found anything online

    Thank you for your feedback, but it only worked for one day...

    When we switched to digital terrestrial television a few years ago, I was forced to install an amplifier because the signal wasn't strong enough for good reception.
    With the new standard, could there be a similar problem?

      It's possible, but still try to do a search on the multiplex channel R1, also check that the antenna cable is properly inserted into the sockets (a poor contact could cause signal attenuation).

      Problem, I don't have a manual search function for the allocation. I can only intervene on the frequencies
      I will double-check my installation and my amplifier.
      I have another TV with a portable antenna and all the channels are there...

      There must be a "Manual search for digital terrestrial channels," just like there is for automatic search, and generally in the window that opens, the channel number and frequency concerned are indicated along with a Search button next to that information. Do you only have the frequencies?
      What are the references of this television (see label on the back)?

      On the television that works with a portable antenna, you can request a manual search, without going all the way... the television will give you the frequency.

      Which transmitter are you dependent on? (Paris Eiffel Tower if I trust your IP address)

      I retrieved the channels by turning the amplifier to the maximum. We are indeed at the Eiffel Tower but at the end of the line, hence the need for the amplifier.
