CLAYTON CL32DLED16B issue: no channel found

Hello,

I bought a CLAYTON CL32DLED16B television and I can't seem to find any channels.

I plugged in the antenna and started the automatic search for channels via digital antenna, but it says it finds nothing.

I'm going crazy if someone can help me!! SOS

    If the malfunction persists after this search, contact
    your neighbors to see if it is related to your network or the network
