Clayton TV malfunction

Question

Hello,
When I turn on the TV it automatically goes to channel 8... if I want to change it, it goes to 45...
I can no longer modify anything, neither the sound nor the channels
I can't turn it off anymore, I have to unplug it...
I don't even know if I'm on the power supply or the box, the source button doesn't respond....

Hello,
Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes and plug everything back in.
If there's no result and if you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

Which I only put into practice earlier... alas without success... still the same problem
A bit discouraging especially since I don't see what particular maneuver I could have done to "deserve" this !!
