Problem with the CLAYTON TV

Good evening
I bought this television for my daughter today, November 1, 2021. However, as soon as she turns off her television, the screen goes black, and there are no channels. She has to start everything from scratch, meaning she has to reset all the channels.

    You need to check with a repairman for a quote or assert the warranty, at least if it is still valid.
