Hello, I have to search for channels every time I turn it on because it doesn't stay saved. I don't know how to do it; can you help me?

    Hello,
    Try to do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial configuration" (see menu) but you will have to redo all the installation and settings.

      So on my menu, there are neither reset nor factory settings nor initial setup????
