Hi everyone, I really discourage you from using this site because the only items I ordered, I never ordered, customs seized them, I never received a refund or anything, I really do not recommend it.

you can't know it unless you receive a fine. I received a fine on my 3rd order entered. And then you're flagged, so if you place another counterfeit order, you're immediately seized plus fined.
I placed 2 orders and I haven't received anything, it has been over a month that I have been waiting. The seller always tells me the same thing, so I request a refund that I haven't received and that I will never get. Huge scam, I strongly advise against this site.
They are big thieves. I placed several orders and received nothing. Moreover, they don't allow complaints. I do not recommend.

Hello, I have no issues with ioffer but I choose sellers who accept PayPal, no credit cards. That's it.

Personally, I ordered 3 pairs of chopsticks from Iofer back in May and I haven't received anything until now. I do not advise ordering from these sellers; they are scammers and dishonest. I don’t want to hear about this site anymore, I have already lost all my money, which has been pocketed by the sellers.

Out of 3 ordered items, I only received one on time! Fortunately, my sales did not exceed 20 €.
I have been waiting for my two other packages since October 4th (today is November 12th) and the tracking link for the packages shows an error... I have exchanged messages with the sellers, but to date, there is no valid recourse. The last seller has also just withdrawn from the platform, it really feels like a scam.
So DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON Ioffer!! Go to Wish: much more reliable.

In general, on sites like this, I don’t buy anything over €20 just in case. I've made several orders on this site (about 20 orders) and there’s only one product at €35 that I haven’t received.. ! Just wait a bit, usually it takes 3 to 4 weeks to arrive, and if you don't receive anything, block this site from your card.
Everyone knows that this site, ioffer, is just home to a bunch of thieves.

2 transactions on ioffer, payments made via PAYPAL and 2 transactions canceled immediately after payment on the ioffer site. Of course, I received an immediate and full refund through paypal following disputes, I didn't even have to force it lol
I informed paypal to block ioffer on their banking platform
A TIP: only pay with PAYPAL and on sites that provide contact numbers, professional SIREN numbers, generally serious sites offer their terms and contact details at the bottom of their homepage

WARNING!!! Big scam, they ask you to pay and then cancel the order once the payment is made. I fell for it and the seller doesn't want to refund me!!!!
