Do I need to buy a TNT decoder for the Philips SLC4.31E 26PF7521?

Hello,

My TV is a Philips SLC4.31E 26PF7521 model, I tried to install the channels and
1/ I only have a few (channels 2, 3, etc.)
2/ I only have sound and a blue banner indicating the channel and the program, but the rest of the screen is black

Do I need to buy a decoder?

    Unfortunately, for you, this television is not compatible with the new MPEG4 standard used to encode TNT HD

    A TNT HD decoder terminal is therefore necessary.

    Note: Preferably choose a decoder with PVR (Personal Video Recorder) function for recording.

    I regret to inform you that you will have to part with your device to watch "Questions Pour Un Champion." Starting April 5, 2016, the TNT channels will be broadcast in a format that is NOT compatible with the PHILIPS 26PF7521D in France.
    This device is compatible with the MPEG2 format (used for SD channels), but incompatible with the new MPEG4 format (usually used for HD).
