    Hello,

You express yourself poorly, you're mixing up inputs and outputs.

The HDMI on a TV is an input... and the VGA on the computer is an output.

So you want to connect the VGA output of your computer to the HDMI input of your TV..

You will need a VGA male to HDMI female adapter cable, then you will need an HDMI cable to connect this adapter to your TV.

Here's a link that offers it

Be careful: don't confuse it by taking the opposite..

      Hello everyone,

Just a quick note as I hesitated to intervene regarding the terms cable adapter. At the risk of sounding superfluous, I would like to emphasize that this is not just a simple adapter but a converter, as highlighted by the presence of a USB plug, which is likely used to power the module, in addition to transmitting audio, which is absent on a VGA plug.

I've read so many posts that assumed a simple wiring could transform an analog signal (VGA) into a digital signal (HDMI) that jeannets will forgive me this slight impertinence.

      Best regards
