Sharp XE-A177 cash register electronic journal full issue

Question

Hello,

I'm having trouble with my register, since yesterday it keeps telling me the electric journal is full.

But I can't print the journal or the recap Z.

When I go to programming / Z1-X1 and try to print the ticket, I get an error message.

I've tried emptying my SD card, still nothing.

Also, there is an R logo at the bottom right (it has always been there) but now it has little dots next to it.

Can someone help me?

go to SD card mode and make the backup
