Hello,
I just installed an HD TNT tuner on my father's TV (96 years old) and everything works well, but when I turn off the tuner, the TV stays on "no signal." He can't get up to turn off the TV without the remote. Can you help me, THANK YOU
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 49.0.2623.87

Hello
Try turning off the television first then the decoder
and to turn it back on do the reverse
decoder first then television

Hello everyone;
For your information, the remote control for the TNT HD decoder does not replace that of the television but complements it. Consequently, the second one retains all the basic adjustment functions of the television, which means that both are complementary.

Hello;
Have you tried turning off the TV with the remote control of the television and not with that of the decoder?
See you for your comments

Hello jmarion3, I turned off the TV with the remote control, but when I turn it back on, it doesn't recognize the HD TNT tuner and I have to reconfigure it manually (source selection, etc.). So I need both remote controls and have to do the manipulations each time, which my father can't do. The TV needs to recognize the HD TNT tuner (always on) as soon as it starts up. Is there a procedure to follow in the input source selection of the television?
Thank you
