TNT HD decoder displays boot

Hello,
I am unsuccessfully trying to install a Takara HD TNT receiver on my Tucson television. After all the connections, no menu appears on my TV and I have a "boot" message displayed on the receiver. I don't understand what I should do. Can someone please help me? Thank you.

    try resetting your decoder, check your connections

      I managed to get it working with a SCART connector. The HDMI doesn't work, why? Do you think I can adjust my DVB-T receiver so that I can use HDMI instead of a SCART connector?
