Hello everyone in the community.
I would like to force the cursor to always return to the same cell after pressing "enter".
Thank you for helping me because I'm struggling! I have found the formula "if the content of the cell is empty" (which is the case for the one that the cursor positions on after entering a value in the cell above and confirming with "enter") but I do not know how to command the cursor to move back up to the cell above.
Thanks in advance.

    Good evening
if you want the cursor to stay in the cell where it is when you press enter, you need to go to Excel options / Advanced options / and uncheck
    "Move selection after enter"
    best regards

The quality of the answer mainly depends on the clarity of the question, thank you!

It's working very well! Thank you. I think I'm going to buy Excel for Dummies!

      Thanks again.

No problem, I consider the issue resolved (it’s up to you to handle it in a possible future question, at the top under the thread title)
      safe travels
