I don't know how to phrase my question.
I can't find how to configure the underscore, on PC it's the 8 key on Mac.

It's not a French AZERTY... and my answer was correct (above the dash)

"The underscore" is the underlined.... otherwise, it's the dash that is used to make hyphens.

The registered model is that of typewriters..

Under the 8 in lowercase, I have ! and not _. Keyboard configured French (Belgium)
This underscore is used by me every day for email addresses.

The answer I provided is correct for a French Mac Azerty keyboard. That was the question asked.
This view is that of my keyboard, and it's the same for keyboards without a numeric keypad.
It has always been this way on Mac.

Good evening,

Normally, AZERTY keyboards are standardized and the underscore is under the 8 key if the keyboard is in Shift position = lowercase.

If you are on QWERTY, it is above the hyphen.

Nothing is standardized!!! My underscore is not under the 8 key but on a key specifically for it and the hyphen. And it's an AZERTY.
