Hello,
In my work, I often take other remote positions and I am facing a real issue...
Let me explain, we all work on XP and when I need to connect to a specific station that is actually a server, I can't enter the "underscore" from the 8 key, the small "_".
I tried copy and paste but it doesn't work because I need to insert it at the login screen.
I can only connect with another username and when the station opens everything is in English, the keyboard is not in QWERTY but it’s just this "_" that doesn’t work, and it gives me an uppercase and lowercase 8.
Does anyone know the workaround??
Thank you
Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

I have tried everything or almost everything, but nothing works.
In fact, I am taking over a remote position and at the Windows login screen, I need to enter my admin account, which contains an "_" and when I press the "_" key, it responds with a 8, whether in uppercase or lowercase, with or without ALT Gr...

I imagine you have your own session on this server, so if someone else goes to check the keyboard type in the operating system, it won't change anything for your personal session...
