Question

Hello everyone
A new guy struggling with all this technology
Thank you for the help you are providing us
My little problem is:
I can't figure out how to type the underscore (_) with the Azerty keyboard on my LENOVO-G70
If anyone has a solution, I would be grateful

Hi

On a French azerty keyboard, the _ is located below the 8, while on a Belgian azerty keyboard, it's farthest to the right, just to the left of "Back" when pressing shift (there's no MAJ on a Belgian keyboard, it's SHIFT; only French people don't understand "shift")

This is what I get when I press ShiftLk and the little line at the top right of the keyboard (-)
And with and without Shift it doesn't change?
The big and small line below insert gives this with and without Shift = without +

Incredible, I tried loads of combinations, no way
The only thing that resembles it is this one, it's the first but it's small and not really
below (-) (-) (--) with the same key -- all the way to the right
To the right of the 0 key is a . or you turn it off

Here's another clearer picture of my keyboard if that can help move the Schmiliblick forward

Hello  You can temporarily get by by typing: ALT 95  hold down ALT, type 9 5, release .... -- There are three kinds of people: those who can count and those who cannot.

I don’t use the laptop every day, I only use it when we go on vacation and it’s not always at hand, I picked it up again to try to solve this problem
While searching for the exclamation mark key that I still haven’t found by the way
Here is the dash (_)
It’s the number 8 at the top middle of the screen where the exclamation mark is
I think I still have a lot of keys to discover
