Hello,
My computer keyboard switched to QWERTY without me touching anything. Wanting to switch back to AZERTY, I went through the Device Manager and changed the keyboard from PHID to HID. I updated the driver, and since then none of the keys on my keyboard work. I've been searching the Device Manager, but the keyboard doesn't show up anymore.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance for your replies.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 46.0.2486.0

Hello,
try connecting an external keyboard
then perform a system restore
or download the keyboard driver from the manufacturer's website or with driver cloud
