Sound cuts off during slideshow playback

Hello,

Office 2010 Windows 8.1

I have a reading issue:
the slideshow starts normally and after a few seconds the sound is cut off.

    in fact I didn’t create anything myself.
    I read the pps that my friends send me

    my Office folder was installed in base with Vista and it is still read on Vista
    on another computer

    and if after opening the pps I don’t click to advance the slides the music works...

    so it’s better not to tinker with the slideshow programming; it shouldn’t be that the remedy is worse than the problem

    there are solutions, but you would need to answer my questions about how the sound was inserted into the slide; since you don’t know, it’s better to check with the person who sends you these PPS

    finally I downloaded LIBRE OFFICE

    everything is clean
