TNTSAT AXIL RS3270 terminal error message
Hello,
I bought 2 TNTSAT AXIL RS3270 receivers; I didn't have any issues installing the first one, but for the second one, even though I followed the same procedure as for the first, it displays the following message: "The terminal configuration is not correct. Please consult your operator for information". I swapped the two terminals and regardless of the television or coaxial cable, the message remains on the second terminal. I have a satellite dish with 1 LNB and 4 outputs. As I couldn't reach the hotline, I'm throwing a message in a bottle to get some help...
Best regards
Ascoth

Hello,
Try unplugging it, wait for 15 minutes, then plug it back in.
If it doesn't work and you have access to the menu, try a factory reset.

Hello Andy31200,
Thank you for your advice! In the MENU, I went to system, then to reset... I reinstalled by carefully following the instructions, but the message "The terminal configuration is not correct. Please consult your operator for information" still appears. I didn't mention in my help request that I am receiving all the radio channels just fine.
I went into the Configuration menu which offers me "TNTSAT Frequencies", "Quick Installation", "Complete Search" or "Initial Backup". I couldn't find a menu allowing for a factory reset. Could you please give me the steps to find the menu to do a reset?
Thank you in advance
