Hello!
I recently bought a new PC with Windows 10 Home pre-installed.
However, in the control panel, it clearly states that Windows is not activated.
It says "This product key is being used on another PC. Try another key. Error code: 0xC004C008"
How is that possible, since my PC is new?!
Moreover, even if I wanted to change my license, I need to enter the active license first. However, I don't know my active license!
Please help me!

For those who are in my situation, here is the solution:
-Type "slui 4" in the search bar, and click on the one with the key icon.
-Select the country.
-Call the toll-free number (which will actually send you to an automated voicemail)
-Follow the instructions on the phone (the female voice will ask for the 9 installation IDs displayed on the screen, as well as the number of PCs or Windows that are active)
-If "the voice" accepts your request, she will give you a confirmation code for each empty block below the letters from A to H.
-Activate Windows.
