Message deleted requiring verification

Hello,
1 hour ago I was able to communicate normally with a Facebook friend, and now when I want to read their messages, this appears
"This message has been temporarily deleted because the sender's account requires verification" I do not understand. Can you enlighten me on a possible approach to take with Facebook to find out more?

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 48.0.2564.103

    Hello

    This happens due to a report or if the person has not followed certain FB rules. The account is temporarily suspended.
    You cannot do much; only the affected person can. They will need to provide information to reactivate their account.

    If that's not the case and a false identity is discovered, the account will be deleted.

      Well, actually in my case it's my account that has been suspended, and frankly I haven’t done anything that could get me suspended or anything else. The problem is that I wasn’t told how to prove my innocence, or where to provide the evidence that proves it. So if any of you could clarify things for me, that would be nice!
