Windows 7 session won't open

Solved

Hello,

The day before yesterday, I used my computer as usual; all I downloaded was a game on the RomStation software, but it wasn't the first time, so there’s no reason for it to be because of that.
When I enter my password, it says "The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded."
Please help me; I would like a solution that does not make me lose my data because I have music, photos, and movies that I cannot get back.
Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

try a system restore in safe mode:

    tap F8 at startup
    safe mode

    then

with the keyboard keys press CTRL ALT DEL at the same time
    click on File (top left)
    run a new task
in the box type this: rstrui.exe
the window => System Restore appears
    Click Next A calendar appears
Check the box Show more restore points.
Choose a proposed date for a restore point to highlight it

Hello, thank you for your reply. I managed to launch safe mode, but the thing with CTRL Alt Delete didn't work.
There are two CTRL keys on the keyboard; does that change anything? In any case, I tried both, and if I press it before the list of necessary programs for safe mode loads, the system restarts normally. If I do it during or at the end, safe mode launches normally.
Am I doing something wrong? I'm not very computer savvy ^^'

In that case, what should I do?
I can't find a "file in the top left," whether I press CTRL Alt Delete or not, there is no change.
On the screen that appears after pressing F8, there is a safe mode with networking, is that what I should select?
Otherwise, there is an advanced option "last known good configuration," which says it will start Windows using the settings from the last successful boot.
Or there is a mode called "safe mode with command prompt," which starts Windows with the basic settings and opens the command prompt.
I haven't tried these solutions, nor "repair the computer" because I don't have much knowledge and I'm afraid of making an irreversible mistake.
Thank you in advance for your response.

Safe mode is on the first line.

I know, but since it’s not working, I'm asking if doing something else can "fix" my computer.

    Hello,

    command prompt
    type: bootrec.exe /fixmbr
space between bootrec.exe and /fixmbr (then press the enter key on the keyboard)
    then type: bootrec.exe /fixboot
space between bootrec.exe and /fixboot (then press the enter key on the keyboard)

    then click on restart

Hello, I managed to "fix" my computer by going to the command prompt as you suggested, except that the rest wasn't the same; it was a YouTube video that showed me how to do it, and I don't quite remember, but the word was regebot I think (or something like that).
However, every time I open my session, a warning says "Problem starting PaxIntentionnally.dll
The specified module could not be found."
    Is it serious?

    Hello,

the word was regebot I think
    it must have been regedit

    for PaxIntentionnaly.dll:
    1/right-click on the taskbar
    task manager
    startup tab (not startup option)
uncheck the line related to PaxIntentionnaly
2/ it may be coming from your game, in which case uninstall the game but first run adw cleaner:

    http://general-changelog-team.fr/fr/accueil/66-multilangue/tutoriels/securite/311-utiliser-adwcleaner-version-3-x

Click the Scan button and let the tool analyze the system
Click the Clean button to remove the detected items
Confirm by OK to close the programs

The cleaning takes place, let the tool work.

A warning indicates why you were infected, click OK
A restart is requested, confirm by OK
Upon restarting, the deletion report is displayed
    check or delete

    then ccleaner:

    https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/5647-ccleaner/

cleaning + registry + restart computer

    just a small setting:
    open cleaner
    options
    monitoring
    uncheck monitoring
    ignore the alert message.

      Hello, yes it was regedit
By clicking on the taskbar, I opened the task manager but there was no startup tab, is the story of paxIntentionnally serious or is it just a problem that is not "dangerous" for the computer?
