Decipher an unreadable text from a photo

Hello,
I really need your help. In short, I received a photo of a person with an ID card, but I couldn't read the real name of this person because it's blurry and too small. I really want to know the name written on the existing ID in the photo, and it’s really urgent;
please help me.

    Good evening,

    You just need to have the same image sent to you but cleaner by the owner; it is also possible that this is done so it cannot be read or that the image is too small.
    This often happens with images of unknown origin or that are not meant for the person who is taking them (taken from Google Images or from a website, for example)...

      Thank you very much for your response, but this photo was taken from far away (too small) and when I zoom in it's unreadable, I would like to know if I could extract the name of this person...

      No, impossible: the more you enlarge, the less clear it is, and if you extracted the name (which is not feasible), you would still need to enlarge it, which would be going back to square one with pixels the size of bricks like the rest...

      Another solution, and I think the only feasible one to do something clean: take the photo again under the same conditions but closer.... :-((
