Hello,
It's been a week since my computer has been giving me a hard time.
I do streaming and when I click on full screen, nothing happens.
Sometimes, and more and more often, the video doesn't even start...
Then, sometimes, when everything miraculously works, the sound cuts out abruptly on its own and the video freezes two seconds later! At that point, I'm stuck; no matter how many times I restart the video, it won't resume.
And I think all of this is due to something I've noticed...
My taskbar (I'm on Windows 10) is empty. The Start icon, all the way on the left, is there but not functioning: when I click on it, nothing happens.
Oh, and the shortcut keys for adjusting the sound and brightness aren't working either.
As if I have a ghost computer!
Anyway, life is beautiful... Do you have any solutions?

Maybe the driver for your keyboard is not supported on Windows 10.
When you say you're streaming, do you mean that you're watching videos online? Or are you transmitting videos to others?
What kind of keyboard/mouse do you have?-
It's a laptop.
Everything was working properly and I've had Windows 10 for about 3 months, but now, I don't know, it just won't.
I watch movies streaming on Cacaoweb, I've never had any problems with it, and it happens with all the videos, not just the streaming, so I don't think it's coming from Cacaoweb.
