Salesforce - Contract Termination

Hello,
We are a small company and we subscribed for three years to the Salesforce software, which costs €200.00/month, since August 2015
We encountered a developer who was unable to meet our requirements. We no longer have any interest in using this software, at least for the time being.
Therefore, we would like to cancel our subscription today.

We have futilely tried to contact the sales representative for France at SALESFORCE (who is based in Ireland) through their phone number in Paris, but he apparently does not want to have any contact with us, and for good reason. Today, we feel stuck and do not know how to terminate our contract (yet we are still paying for the subscription).

Could you please inform us of the procedure to terminate this contract in this situation? Or who to contact to successfully resolve this issue?
