Hello,

I tried to find an answer to my problem, but nothing works, let me explain.
Several PCs print to the same printer, so it’s not the printer's fault.

When I try to print a file of about 60 pages, I get an error message:
"Unable to print the document"
I click OK
"No pages selected for printing"
My colleagues print files of the same size without any issues.

I unchecked "Enable Protected Mode"
I tried printing as an image
Printing to a file is not checked
I uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Reader XI
Smaller documents print without any problems.
The PC is running Windows 7

I'm stuck, can you help me?

Best regards
Carine

Generally, this problem occurs when mixing pages from different files. And to put everything back in order, there is a function, but only in Acrobat "Pro"... It does not exist in the reader.

Still, try to reprint your PDF file to PDF using a virtual printer like PDFCreator.

Try launching the print by checking "print as image" in the advanced options of the print window.

And it can also come from a poor print configuration (type of page, form/annotation, etc.).

      Hello,
Indeed, these are different files. If I print to PDF and then print, it lags but it works..
What’s strange is that on my colleague's workstation everything works fine :(
I tried "print as image" but I get the same error message.
I’m waiting to see if the file eventually prints (still in progress for 20 minutes in the printer)
      Thank you.

    Hello

    It’s probably due to ADOBE!

Have you tried another PDF reader like

1 - the free open source program "EVINCE" link HERE
    https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Evince/Downloads

    or
2 - the free program "SUMATRA" link HERE
    https://www.commentcamarche.net/download/s/sumatra

    or
3 - the free program "FOXITREADER" link HERE
    https://www.commentcamarche.net/download/s/foxit

All these programs are 5 to 100 times smaller than ADOBE
and they even sometimes have more features...

    Best regards

      Hello,

I installed "Evince" and indeed there is no more error message, the file has been in the printer's spool for 20 minutes now, I'm waiting to see if it will print....

      Thank you
