Hello everyone :D
So here it is, as the title shows, the process "Service host: Local System" is using a HUGE amount of RAM (more than 2GB!) I wanted to know if, first, it's a problem (clearly it is since I can't even open 2 Google Chrome tabs), and second, how to fix this issue.
I scanned my PC with Windows Defender and everything is OK.
PS: I don't know if it's advisable or not, but every time I need my RAM I stop this process and after about 30 min to 1 hour it automatically restarts and uses the same amount of RAM again.
Thank you for your help!

Hello Kokobong
What is this local system service that uses so much RAM and isn't being consumed? Check in the task manager for the local system in question, right-click on the local system and properties.
Local Service means background work on your PC, it could be ongoing updates, downloads, etc.

Avoid installing these so-called free software that supposedly boosts or repairs your PC; they are of no major utility. The best tools in Windows are called DOS... & PowerShell...
