Virus détecté par Malwarebytes

Bonjour ,
J'ai effectué une analyse hier avec Malwarebytes Anti-Malware , pouvez vous m'aider à les supprimer sachant qu'il me reste que le rapport car j'ai oublié de les mètres en quarantaines . Voici la conclusion :
