Good evening. I received a Freebox today, everything works, the TV, my PS4 via Ethernet. But it's impossible to connect the mobile devices in the house to the Wi-Fi.
The password for our network is written on the box's carton, we've tried all possible combinations, with or without dashes, with or without spaces, etc., but nothing.
I was with SFR before and I had an address to type into my browser that directed me to a control panel where the password was displayed; is there one on a Freebox? Or do you have another solution?
Thanks in advance.

That's true.

Good evening,
first of all, make sure to connect to your Freebox Wi-Fi network and not to the FreeWifi network (which is a public network and therefore not the one to use on a daily basis).
Next, if you have tested the indicated password, I recommend checking that it is the correct one. And indeed, there is an interface to configure your Freebox, watch TV, access the hard drive of the box, etc.
Go here: http://mafreebox.free.fr/
On your first connection, you will need to set up a password and at one point enter a code displayed directly on the Freebox. Once connected, go to Freebox settings, Wi-Fi, then Network configuration. In the Wi-Fi key field, your network access code will be displayed.
And if it still doesn’t work, change it directly from the interface and try again.
Have a good evening,
