right-click on the Start button
search
type this: rstrui.exe
Click on rstrui.exe (run the command)
the window => System Restore appears
Click Next A calendar appears
Check the Show more restore points box.
Choose a proposed restore point date to highlight it
And especially a date proposed before your problems.
Click Next Click Finish The PC will restart and the restoration will run.

click on File (top left)
Run a new task
in the box type this: rstrui.exe

then go to your Downloads folder (or another path you defined)
now run DriversCloud.com, start the selection and then Detect
an internal page opens
click on the My drivers tab
you will then have the list of your drivers to update.
then download your drivers.
