Hello, I can’t connect a Philips Audio Boost wireless headset to my LG TV 4OUF695V; the sound cuts out for my surroundings. I’m using a 3.5 mm jack and an optical cable. Is there a solution? Thanks for a simple and clear answer.

    Hello,
Inserting a jack into the TV's headphone jack automatically mutes the TV speakers, so you need to disconnect this cable with a jack on both ends, keep only the optical cable connection but set the switch to "optical" " (to the right)
The TV audio output must be on "PCM"
See the manual here pages 5&6 :

In the Naudin family, the one I prefer is Uncle Fernand.

If this TV has a coaxial optical output, it is compatible but there is a configuration to do in the audio menu, the output must be set to "PCM"
The model reference for your TV does not match anything from LG, can you check?

After checking with LG, it is impossible to listen to the TV through the headset and the speakers at the same time. My TV seller agreed to take it back (purchased on 20/10). Sorry for the inconvenience. It was a LG TV model 40UF695V 4K 1200 PMI SMART TV.
