Hello, I have a problem with my DVD player. Whether I put in a DVD or not, it shows 'wrong disc', no matter what type of disc. If someone could help me, that would be great. I thought it might be condensation, so I moved it to a slightly cooler place, but it still doesn't work. Thank you...

    Good evening....

    bad disc, ..or "no disc"?
It could be that your lens is dirty...if you have access to it, you can clean it with a cotton swab soaked in rubbing alcohol, for example, otherwise, you can clean it with a cleaning CD, it does a good job..

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly!
No disc is working. The cleaning CD doesn't work either, I've already tried it, even empty, it shows a bad disc on the screen and bad on the player.
