Philips DVD player: disc stuck, not ejecting

Question

Hello, My DVD movie remains stuck in my PHILIPS R3300 H DVD player despite attempting to eject it by pressing the STOP button on the remote for more than 5 seconds or the OPEN/CLOSE button on the front panel of the player. The same message "BLOCKED" always appears. I have unplugged and plugged my home DVD player several times… to no avail… the scenario is always the same. What should I do? Below the player, there is a large hole covered by paper. Remove the paper, then with a screwdriver, push from the left to the right. It will open.

Thank you very much. I was aware of the paperclip trick for the computer drive, but for the standalone player, the button is indeed well hidden under the paper at the bottom of the opening under the player (for me, a DVDR3360H). Then, you need to look carefully with a flashlight to find the "trigger."
