Blue frame on iPhone

Hello,

I have a little problem. I have this blue frame on my iPhone since yesterday. It's impossible to escape and ctrl on the iPhone... Any idea on how to remove this darn blue frame???
I've already visited a few sites, but the suggested solutions aren't effective (like going into the accessibility section).
Thanks for your help!

    General - Accessibility - Selection control in physical and motor disabilities.

    And there you go. But how did it appear??? No idea!!
