Blue rectangles select my icons

Hello,

I think I may have made a mistake... Since this morning, my iPhone 5s is selecting all icons on any page with a rectangle (light blue at the bottom and navy blue at the top). I don't know how to get rid of it :/

    Hello,

    If you go to Settings - General - Accessibility, is everything set to OFF?
    If you have anything ON, try switching it to OFF.
