je voudrai installer un antivirus genre avira ou avg mais tous ceux que je trouve sur internet sont au format iso .Comment faire pour recupérer les données et l'installer sur mon ordi

en les téléchargeant depuis leurs sites officiels ils seront au format .exe
Pour avira par exemple :
