Projector issue (flashing light)

Hello,

I purchased an Acer P1283 projector, and I must say it works quite well (despite a tendency to be quite loud...) I have about 600 hours on it, but today it has decided to stop working. When I turn it on, the fan doesn't start, the lamp doesn't either, and the indicator light on top is blinking purple.
And of course, there's no way to get it working again. I tried other forums, magic kisses and all, but it won't cooperate. Can someone help me?

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 46.0.2490.80

Hello, these are fragile products. I think the after-sales service will take your device and offer you a quote if it is no longer under warranty.
