How to use the log function

Hello,
I can't figure out how to use the log function on my calculator. How can I properly configure my calculator?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 42.0

    'lut, no matter the calculator, there's nothing to configure.
    2 cases:
    - either "log" means "base 10 logarithm"
    - or "log" is the base e logarithm, also called natural logarithm (abbreviated as "ln" on most calculators)
    In both cases, to get the logarithm base B of the number X, the mathematical formula 
     log(X)
    --------
     log(B)
    applies all the time.
