My sister gave me her PACKARD BELL EG70 laptop.
Processor: AMD E1 2500 APU with Radeon (TM) HD GRAPHICS 1.4 GHz
Installed RAM: 4.00 GB (1.45 GB usable)
Operating system: 64 BIT X 64 PROCESSOR
WINDOWS 8
She has had it for over a year and doesn’t use it because it’s slow.
I reset it to factory settings, so there’s nothing left, and it’s still just as slow.
I found the reason:
Processor: 3.7/10
RAM: 4.5/10
Graphics: 4.3/10
Gaming graphics: 5.9/10
Main hard drive: 5.9/10
What can I do???
Should I delete files, applications???

The AMD E1 processor is astonishingly weak. It should be reserved for specific uses.
It seems to me that it can be overclocked... I don’t know if it is soldered to the motherboard. It would need to be changed if possible... but by what?
